Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to mothers and newborns
• Support patients throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure excellent outcomes

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Iowa RN license (or multistate license)
• Current BCLS certification
• NRP certification within 12 months (training provided)
• Basic fetal monitoring course within 12 months

Preferred (Not Required)

• Prior Maternal Child Nursing or Med-Surg experience
